End of tenancy cleaning

End of tenancy cleaning that gets the deposit back.

Moving out and want the deposit back, or moving in and want a fresh start? We leave the place ready for the inventory check. £30 an hour.

Empty white kitchen with a marble worktop ready for new tenants

Cleaning for the check-out, not just for show

An end of tenancy clean is judged differently from any other. Whoever inspects the property is comparing it with the inventory from the day you moved in, and they are looking in places you would never normally check. Inside cupboards, the oven door, the tops of wardrobes, window tracks, the grout behind the taps.

We clean to that standard. The kitchen is done surface by surface, cupboards inside and out, appliances cleaned through. Windows, frames, sills, doors and handles are wiped down, and floors are hoovered and mopped back to clean.

Landlords and agents see the difference

A property that looks neglected at check-out is where deposit disputes start. A professional clean is the cheapest way to avoid one, and for landlords it is the fastest way to get a property ready for the next tenant without chasing the last one.

If you are a landlord or a letting agent turning over several properties, tell us. We can work to a consistent standard and book around your tenant changeover dates, so the property is ready when the next people arrive.

Move-in cleans too

The same service works in reverse. A new home might look clean when you view it, but you do not know who has touched what. A move-in clean before the boxes arrive means you start somewhere properly fresh, with every cupboard and surface done while the rooms are still empty and easy to reach.

Empty rooms are also the easiest to clean. Without furniture in the way, floors, skirting boards and corners get done thoroughly in a way that is almost impossible once you have moved in.

Ovens, carpets and what we quote separately

End of tenancy cleaning is £30 an hour, with eco-friendly products included. Oven cleaning is £40 for a single oven and £70 for a double, and it is one of the first places an inspector looks, so it is worth adding. Carpet cleaning is quoted separately: contact us with the size of the rooms and we will come back with a price.

We agree the hours up front, based on the size of the property and its condition, so there is no surprise at the end.

“We highly recommend Emma's great cleaning services. She is dedicated, professional and dependable. She is also lovely and has a great personality so my family and I feel very comfortable around her. She is always accommodating if I have certain cleaning requirements or need to change the schedule.”Nilma D, Customer testimonial
