The changeover is the product
For a short let, the clean is not a background task. It is the thing guests review. A hair on a pillow or a smear on the bathroom mirror ends up in a review, and a review is what decides the next booking. That is why changeovers need a different mindset from a regular house clean.
We turn a property around between check-out and check-in: beds stripped and made with fresh linen, towels replaced, bathrooms and kitchens cleaned through, floors done, rubbish and recycling taken out, and the finishing touches put back so it looks like your listing photos.
What a standard changeover includes
Every property has its own routine, and we learn yours. A typical turnover covers the full clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, a fresh linen change and towel refresh, toiletries and guest essentials restocked, and the final presentation touches before guests arrive.
Flexible bookings and key handovers are part of it. Hosts are rarely on site, so we work with key handovers and flexible bookings, and we keep you in the loop so you know the property is ready.
Linen, and what we quote separately
Changeovers are £23 an hour with eco-friendly products included. Linen washing is quoted separately, because it depends on how many beds you have and whether you want us to wash on site or you use a laundry service. Tell us how you run the property and we will price it the way that fits.
If you have a property that needs a full reset before you start letting, a home deep clean at £30 an hour is the right first step, and changeovers keep it there afterwards.
Reliability is the whole point
A cleaner who is late or does not show on a changeover day costs you a guest check-in. That is why we keep the same cleaner on your property so they learn the layout, the quirks of the boiler cupboard and which cushion goes where.
